Overview

We are seeking 2–3 enthusiastic Remote Booking Specialists to join our photography studio team. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and texts from prospects, guiding them through our booking process and closing sales. You’ll work in rotating shifts to ensure 9–5 coverage, 6 days a week. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to calls, texts, and inquiries, providing detailed service information.

  • Close Sales: Use phone consultations and follow-up to secure bookings and meet individual revenue targets.

  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate client sessions using our CRM tools (17Hats, Dubsado, or GoHighLevel).

  • Maintain Records: Keep client data updated and organized for smooth hand-offs to the rest of the team.

  • Collaborate Remotely: Work with the broader studio team to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Requirements

  • Phone Sales Experience (preferred, we will train you): Comfortable building rapport and guiding prospects to a “yes.”

  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, VoIP, and basic data entry.

  • Availability: Must be able to commit to a rotating schedule, including some weekends, to maintain 9–5 coverage.

  • Self-Motivated: Thrives in a remote environment with minimal supervision and proactive communication.

Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Rate: $15/hour

  • Commission: $100 per successful booking.
